Contacted 'The Soundproof Windows' having just moved house and realised that the existing (aged) windows didn't keep out the noise of the main 'A' road we live on. Sebastien personally came to assess my requirements and explain his product. I subsequently had all 5 of the windows at the front of house replaced. Make no mistake, these windows are expensive - but they are totally worth it. A real specialist product that has eradicated the road noise and looks fabulous to boot. Throughout the process was handled very professionally by Alice in the office who provided regular communication; each stage of process time stamped from initial survey, measuring, status updates on the windows manufacture (they are obviously made to order) and then agreed timeframes for installation. We were dreading the installation, but it was carried out with care, professionalism and efficiency. It took time - a week in fact, to fit all the windows but again, unlike a mainstream supplier the fitting of these windows is a specialist exercise to ensure that the money invested on the windows themselves is not wasted on poor quality installation. The head guy was Tomas and he and his colleague (whose name escapes me) worked consistently and very hard to do the job. They were prompt each day, courteous, clean & very respectful. The installation involved removing curtain poles and fitting new sills and all the work was carried out with diligence. I also liked the fact that Sebastian himself came to check that the installation was to the required standard. So overall we are extremely happy with our windows and with the whole experience. We really needed a product that would take out road noise and The Soundproof Windows did the job. You get what you pay for in life and without doubt, it is worth spending the money on this product and with this company. First class in every way and thoroughly recommended !

We had double-glazing installed by the Soundproof team on two windows of our flat that face a busy road - typically very noisy. From initial consultation with Sebastian and customer service by Alice to fast, perfectly executed installation and follow-up afterwards, all was friendly, transparent, quality-driven and professional. We're very happy with the end result and grateful to the team, which did an excellent job under unusual circumstances. Noise is now nearly inexistent and it looks really good, too.
We have just had two large windows installed by the soundproof window company. The service has been absolutely amazing. The windows fit perfectly and block out the noisy train line that runs beneath our window. It was the best money that we have spent on our flat and I would recommend Sebastian and his team without reservation.
