Really great staff, including the GPs, nurses and receptionist. Very helpful and polite. I always leave after a consultation feeling heard and confident in the management plan. Definitely recommend visiting if in the area.

I’ve been 3 times to your practice in order to manage to get a printed registration form (because I don’t have a printer and it’s not possible to fill the form on the website). I’ve been back again to try and hand in the filled form (which was not accepted). I was then told to email in the forms I was given. I filled in the forms and emailed in also proof of ID and proof of address as requested (the emails were sent over to you in more than one occasion as you keep saying you haven’t received them). It was never so stressful to get registered at a GP. My smear test is overdue and this is only causing me a lot of stress and anxiety. Your team is unhelpful and unfriendly and I would never EVER recommend this practice to anyone.

the receptionist is really nice unlike the doctors who are apathetic and they hang up the phone in your face when they are done. rude.

i agree with all also she refuse to see my baby and she hide behind covid ( she confuse a perforated acute otitis media for covid and this cost me 200 because she did a letter for my insurence where say that mother request the letter to see paediatrician at cromwell hospital so the insurence didn't cover) in that case i had my baby with 40,5 of fever since wedensday night and was friday 20/3. also she refuse to see her in october. i need someone that care about my child and not that ignore me when i need. with me she is rude and cold ( i had a miscarriage). for that all the family change gp for one that is one mile away (and her is just at the corner).

I agree with other comments, the lady doctors is so cold and mean. She is terrible with children and always leaves me feeling worse. If I knew I'd get Dr Reddy I'd happily go back but currently avoiding the GP and resort to 111 when needed until I can switch.
