Have always enjoyed great rates over the years but unfortunately it seems the rates have fallen dramatically with regards to the comparison to real world rate and Thomas Exchange Rate. I took 12 currencies to be bought back by their Oxford Circus exchange, and found the buyback rates less than ideal. While I know they need to make a profit, having an average of 22% loss between real rate & store rate seems a tad excessive. The real rate of my currencies was 407.63, with their buyback offer being 326.74 - a difference of almost 81. Their customer service has always been top notch, but I would defintey do a walk around central London to make sure you are getting the best rates before using them again.

Great place to exchange money. Best rates I could find in London. Also my case wasn't a very straightforward one, so I needed some advice, and this is where this place really shined. People working here are professional, friendly and very quick to respond.
