I normally don't post bad reviews. I understand this pandemic has been hard for restaurants, but the service we received tonight was very disappointing. My husband walked in to pick up the order after driving across the city for 20 min. We ordered the spring rolls & grilled pork with vermicelli and the chef special sautéed beef and vegetables. He was poorly greeted by a man who was initially sitting at a table watching YouTube videos on his phone. When asked to clarify the order, the man simply told him to pick up the order from the back. Upon arriving home 20 minutes later, we received a phone call from the restaurant owner. She mentions that we had picked up the wrong order and because of this, another customer didn't receive their correct order and now they have to go back into the kitchen and prepare it again. She asks us what we ordered and whether we opened the food. We replied that we didn't even get a chance to walk into our house. So we asked what she can do to repair this situation and poor experience, and she said that she will give us two free spring rolls if we drive back and return the food. I was looking forward to this restaurant but this experience leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. We were disappointed that they weren't able to accommodate. They placed the blame on us for not getting the right food as if we would know which one was ours. She dismissed our concerns, and even said the man was not a regular employee to cover up We do not recommend this place. They lost customers.

Absolutely top notch food & cheap, my go to restaurant for good food forever!
My brother, friends and I regularly go to this restaurant for fantastic Vietnamese food. We really like the grilled pork rolls, spring rolls, & most of the M items. Always fresh, hot and delicious. I was there 3 times in one week recently.
Very polite customer service both on the phone and when i picked up my order. I ordered pho, mango salad, and grilled pork fresh rolls!!! Everything is so delicious and fresh!!! First time ordering and i will for sure be back ️
I had been here for couple of times. I had the grilled pork vermicelli. Huge portion size. A generous amount of pickled vegetables. Awesome service! I was amazed by how packed it was, since I arrived around 5:30pm. It's best to reserve a table if you want to guarantee a seat.
