HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! After trying to find a good place to eat we found Toomai Square in our way that promised amazing papaya salads and interesting Asian foods. We were greeted by a waiter dressed in jeans and sneakers that gave us some newly printed menus that had only half of the foods advertised online. After asked why don't we get the real menu he said that we only get these ones because of the 50% off EOTHO scheme. Eventually they agreed to make us the papaya salad with prawn. After a while we got our food served by a waitress wearing some see through leggings. To our extreme disappointment the papaya salad had no papaya in it and the prawns had a very funny smell also way undercooked (probably cooked from frozen). After kindly asking to change the salad to simple one (as the prawns already gave a funny taste to it) the waiter was happy to do so but on return the salad was the same now having cucumbers and onions (not in the menu) and the prawns were still there in the same state. There were some people next to us that left the table a mess and it stayed that way until another set of people needed the table (they actually cleaned it in front of them!!) all this bearing in mind that only 3 tables were occupied. Also ladies toilets had no lock Anyway all in all very bad experience, unfresh food, bored and underdressed staff (as this is a restaurant).

Had a takeaway a few times from here and has been perfect every time. Best pad thai I've ever had and I'll recommend everyone tries Toomai Square :)

Really good service. I booked here for my birthday in January and the preparation beforehand is great. The owner had my contact details so that groups can send their orders beforehand so that the ordering process is quicker and easier. They had candles to put on the cookie cake that I bought and played happy birthday music. I was able to adjust my booking last minute with no problems! Staff and food were lovely, portions are good and the booking process when booking large groups is made really easy! Thank you to all the staff there.

The staff are accomodating Nice settings Mouthwatering delicious food I can't wait to return for another tasty meal washed down with a nice cocktail.
