Lovely but more for toddlers and very young kids not really for a 6/7 year old

Could be more clean for 5 for soft play it’s too much.and if you don’t have Toby’s green socks the entrance is 5.50 ???For small children under 5 is ok.

My kids love coming to play at Totstars! It's a fantastic space and a great place to go for a cuppa! Staff are so friendly too. We have recently had a party there and Totstars certainly did not disappoint! The children had a super fun time. Highly recommend!

Amazing soft play for all children the baby area down stairs is perfect for little ones and super clean. The staff are very helpful and caring. Also a nice range of healthy snacks and hot food. Also the upstairs play area is great my little ones the big long slide and the army reading area and lego wall. Thanks Hazel

We held our daughter's 3rd birthday party at this venue on 25th May and all of the children had a great time. The staff were great (and prompt) in addressing all my queries when planning the event and equally engaging with the children during the party. Keeping 18 children happy is a big task and they did a brilliant job! Thanks to Kelly and her team for making this a fab party for us.

May well be the best soft play in the history of mankind but I wouldn’t know because I’ve never managed to get there before it’s shut. I’d love to meet the business-illiterate idiot that decided to open working hours during the week but only 3 hours Saturday morning and not at all on Sundays. I’d explain in simple terms about how many of us are at work during the week and really look forward to doing something with their child on the weekend. It wouldn’t be so bad, but even the previous soft play that operated here understood people want to take their kids somewhere on the weekend. Might as well be shut all week for all the use these opening hours are. EDIT: In response to this establishment’s response, yes- I appreciate the opening times are displayed in Google and Facebook but that does not automatically make them fine. A company could display a sign reading “We will punch you in the face” on their door but that does not make it acceptable to do so. The times you choose to open speak volumes about your approach to your customers and so are not above criticism. Unfortunately, what your response tells me is that individual parents are far less important to you than the quick buck you make from running parties. I also find it hard to believe you run parties non-stop all weekend and there is no room for drop-ins. Certainly, save for one member of staff, there was no-one in there when I looked through the window Saturday afternoon.

Both my 3 year old and 7 year old loved it here! The soft play area is perfect for younger children and the adventure play area is brilliant. The sand pit was a big hit too! Highly recommend

We had my daughters 4th birthday party here. The team were brilliant. One lady went around with the food for the children and a gentleman kept the children entertained throughout. Me and my wife were able to relax and enjoy our daughters special day. Would highly recommend.
