I live at 28 Cobden house. I have had a leak in my kitchen over 3 weeks now, i finally had a plumber come yesterday. He wasn't able to fix the leak and made it worse. I called the next day and was told that someone from property services was going to call me, something i was told 3 other times on the same day. No one called me and i was told by them that the matter was closed. A plumber comes to my property to fix a leak, doesn't fix it at all, makes it worse and they consider this as job completed. The plumber told us that wrong pipes were fitted here originally and that this is the landlords fault. We have done absolutely nothing wrong, been very patient about the repair and they don't seem to care about sorting the issue at all. They are the worst landlord in the area by far, everyone in my building would agree that we were better off when our property was owned by the local council. I'll be speaking to my councillor about this again, i will also be complaining to the Housing Ombudsman about this.

Absolutely diabolical excuse for a housing association. They have left me and my daughter in an unsafe housing situation. The housing officer Ashif hasn’t responded to emails in FIVE months. He also refused to speak to me when I’ve rung up numerous times. I have so many issues within my house but they just don’t care, all they care about is money. On top of this I have no idea why their offices have been shut for the best part of a year? Most other council type buildings have reopened and yet these people refuse to open out of pure laziness.

Absolutely disgraceful, i am surprised why this organisation haven't been reviewed, they get away with really poor service and they're communication is 0, they don't respond to your queries. I wish i can make an official complaint to the property ombudsman for the lack of service they provide.

THCH is the Worst landlord ever, I have lived in tower hamlets all my life and had experience with other landlords like poplar harca and tower hamlets homes but can definitely say this is the worst land I ever had to deal with. It took me 8months to get key for access to bin disposal area, I told them they are leaving me with no choice but to leave used nappy etc in an outside environment but that didnt seem to bother them for 8 months until I had a go at them. Pest control is a huge issue with them and turns out they are well known for not dealing with pest control issues, I told them I have mice/rats travelling all around the house and I have kids in the house and all they do is fob me off with random excuses and nothing seem to get done. When signing my contract the housing officer caller another tenant \crazy\ that should have been my first warning, the lack of care is just ridiculous. Neighbourhood not so great either u can hear intoxicated groups of people outside all night and the park outside wodeham gardens is a junkie zone. Avoid this landlord
