Terrible experience, At first I call them to check the prices, the price in Kg was really good, so I asked to come to my home after 16:00, and the man said that he will contact me if he can, I text my address and I wait, they didn't call me until 18:00, so I call them, and they said that they couldn't come because it was too late, I said ok, LETS BOOK FOR TOMORROW ABOUT 15:00 THAN, and he said yes we book your collection for tomorrow at 15:00, I asked my boss to go a bit earlier for THAT COLLECTION, he said yes, I text them about 13:00 just to confirm the pick up, they din't answer, I call, straight to the voice mail, I get home and I call them again, and the man Said: SORRY I'M TOO BUSY TODAY, I CAN COLLECT TOMORROW. Where is the professionalism of this company? I'm not doing business again and I advise you: don't do it. Google it a bit more.
Really good. Came and collected with in couple of hours in Cheshunt. And paid within another hour directly to my bank account. Good price too. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great service. All the scrap I had was removed without a problem. The prices were very fair. They were also very nice, so the whole process was quite pleasant. No complaints from me. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for an easy way to get rid of your scrap metal.
