Have been practising for 17 years and actually learnt in Barnes. The most valuable and life skill I have ever learnt. Easy to learn and life enhancing and ultimately life transforming. Anyone can learn this ridiculously easy but very very powerful technique. Do yourself and favour and sign up for the one of the courses. The Meditation offer very low cost training and ongoing support for life. Highly recommended
