I have been really impressed by the speed in which transcription city carried my time coded video. Sam was very helpful in explaining all the costs and how to upload the work to my account. Highly recommend them and would definitely use them again

I would highly recommend this service. Before contacting them a few weeks ago I had never used a service like this before so was quite apprehensive. However, after contacting Transcription city I was completely put at ease. Not only are they extremely efficient and accurate, they also give excellent customer service. Will definitely continue to use them in the future, could not recommend them more highly.
