These guys are the worst group I have ever dealt with. I started with them in the back half of 2019 into the fall. They are really efficient in invoicing I can tell you that!! In 2020, I noticed a few dandelion popping up. (I live in a high executive development in Sarnia, ON.) I called them to spray for this issue. The were prompt, out in 2-3 days. Two days later, my entire property was covered in dandelion!!!! I called and emailed because this could only mean they sprayed a fertilizer instead. I did speak to a girl who assured me it wasn't fertilizer but I know better. She said they will have someone out tomorrow. Ok, mistakes are made but they were handling it properly. Know one showed. A week went by and every time I called I got voicemail and no return call. Someone was getting the message because I literally drove don my street one day and one of their trucks slowed down in front of my drive , took a look at the disaster and drove away. Without any choice, I hired another firm to do the job and still use them.
My lawn looks healthy. Excellent customer service, friendly staff. I like the information that is provided after each treatment describing the services that were provided.
Easy to use. Just completed my second season and the lawn is looking good.
