Ref - Adrian Hansford : Purchase Very positive initial start, proceeded very quickly and efficiently however towards the tail end he displayed a completely unacceptable tone and attitude. Was rude and counterproductive. It could have been due to an excessive workload, however such a poor level of service reflects very badly upon his company.
Jacobsen & Co handled our quite difficult sale and purchase extremely well. Full marks.
