Despite providing a detailed email of what would require removals, they showed up unprepared. Main man was aggressive, kept showing me a document they had from their end with what they had been told to be removed. However when I showed them my email with confirmation of large furniture items needing to be moved, this was basically ignored. Whoever had sent them out on their end had gotten the details of my move wrong, and it was being taken out on me, on an already stressful day. The move finally happened- once we reached the destination another fit was thrown as they claimed we had not said it was on the 11th story. We had given building details, but I guess this hadn't made it to them either. One thing though, the driver was an absolute legend and super helpful. He made a very stressful time easier.

DO NOT HIRE THEM! Horrendous service! I cannot get a call back or get hold of Darin as he is on holiday...in lockdown. More like a coward who knows he cheats people. I had a removal booked, they were late, they kept asking me if i was single, from 8 minutes into the job they asked for tip, then carried on ALL THROUGHOUT ( the man said: 'Im an arab, of course i will ask you for more money, you have it/I don't'), they p-d on the toilet seat, they had cigarette breaks to make to job last longer, they broke my items at delivery, they charged me 50 more, they told me i looked rich, they harassed me....and i cannot get in touch with Darin, who is screening my calls ands clearly spineless and scared!
I used to work for this company - choose a different provider. They are unethical and horrendous. I watched them for 3 month disrespecting clients and cheating them out of their money, discussing strategies as to how to make a job last longer than it should. They send clients to BARK for seemingly good reviews, that they actually write. BARK has given them a warning.
They never arrived! Not responsive. I booked this company with Adam, he quoted me 400 and wanted to charge me over the phone. When i said i wanted to see the service first, he booked me in and no one has ever turned up. When Im trying to call them, they either don't answer or conveniently disappear, or on holiday or they pick up and hang up when i say who that is. We ended up using Mr bee removals instead. Top service!
