Have now ordered four times from UK Office Direct and have been delighted not only with their service but also the comprehensive nature of their catalogue. When I ordered the wrong desk by mistake, customer service smoothly took the situation in hand, cancelled the item and replaced it with the new order. Refund was organised without a fuss, delivery was fast and efficient and I was delighted to have the problem solved so well. And, to top it all, the desk and pedestals turned out to be my consumer item of the year, well-designed and made, at a very reasonable price. I have in the past used other online suppliers for office and stationery supplies but will now always make UK Office Direct my first port of call.

I've used them for years. Never had a problem. Maybe I'm just lucky. If I did have a problem their prices would probably make up for any poor service but I've never had poor service. I've certainly used them for more than 10 years.

Every review in their own website is vetted and even moderate criticism of their products is blocked from being published. For that reason alone this company should be avoided. Their customer services are poor and there are far better alternatives to UK Office Direct.

what a great service! I ordered the wrong items and the guy on the other end of the phone was efficient, helpful and was so easy to handle the return of the incorrectly ordered item. then, the correct order was done over the phone, again, well done. very many thanks.

Ordered on Monday, they called to say delivery was going to be arriving in 30 minutes on Friday afternoon, I said no problem, had staff waiting round for the next 1 and 45 minutes but by now their office is shut. Monday Morning 9:00 I get told when I call that there was nobody here, I ask for the time of attempted delivery as there was and we have 17 CCTV cameras on our office and yard so we can prove them wrong. I get told no problem it will hopefully be here today but I will get a call. Another 2 calls later from me, by now 17:20, the warehousing are hoping to deliver on Thursday! Even though it was not my fault they obviously ran out of time or couldn't be bothered on Friday to deliver I have to wait, annoyed I didn't cancel this morning and order elsewhere but I have now! Never again....
