Have been coming here for a few years now. Staff are always friendly and professional. Service is always fast and excellent. Very spacious place, and I never have to wait for too long before being seen. Special shout out to Alex, Luke and Richie, who always give me a memorable service and are the reason I keep coming back here. Would highly recommend to anyone

Went in awhile back to check on a slow puncture and they managed to strip the lacquer from the edge of the alloy. When I showed them what they had done they said it was a fault of the alloy place and not them! They furiously passed the buck and managed to get their mechanic mate next door to agree with them - They lied!! Bunch of lazy dimwitted cowboys, they give regular cowboys a bad name! Don't go there! (See pic) This edit is in response from the owner: Hello dimwitted cowboys (nice to see you've embraced your new title) Firstly I did say it was awhile back so Im not saying it happened last week. Secondly the rims were refurb'd at a well known place so I doubt they would refurb a rim with the tyre left on but sounds like you know all about that practice?! Lastly I went to another well known place in NW6 recently (which is the reason for my original post), they laughed at your explanation and said it was the fault of the tyre remover guy i.e You I didn't ask for compensation nor did I ask you to refurb it, I simply wanted you to admit bad workmanship. I distinctly remember the tyre fitter/remover guy say 'Oh s**t' when I pointed out his brutal skill. He then ran off to get the top cowboy. He might also be the guy who put my tyre on backwards (on a different car). Biggest mistake was going back to you for a 2nd chance.
