These guys are a waste of time. Booked appointment with Bash to visit during Lockdown 2. I arrived on time and no one was there. Called and Dylan apologised with excuse that Bash was sick. He asked us to send details with our requirements saying he would “make it up to us”. Sent everything for 2nd time, waited and heard nothing back. Totally unprofessional.

Uniq Floors have been a pleasure to deal with from entering the shop to fitting the carpets. I found carpets with them that I hadn't seen anywhere else. We refitted carpets throughout our whole house and they look fantastic. Bash kept us informed throughout the process so we knew exactly what was happening. The fitters were polite, friendly and considerate and they have done a great job. I really cannot recommend them highly enough, they earned their stars.
