Booked with United Worldwide Travel based on a recommendation from a friend. I have recently returned from my hajj trip; and it was the trip of a lifetime! I am so thankful that I went with this tour group; they were professional, friendly, and helpful, and I would definitely recommend them. The hotels I stayed in and services provided therein were of a high standard, the journey and logistics of it all especially during the challenging days of hajj were smooth, and I felt safe through out it all. They looked after me, and were always considerate. Would definitely go with them again, and would recommend them to others.

The best experience of a lifetime. The agency were professional, we went in a group and the guide made sure that everyone was together and there was meeting points for anyone who got lost. The organization was amazing. Sheikh Takar and Sheikh Abdurahman explained everything to us and how to perform our Hajj correctly. In the hotel we had lectures by him so our time was spent seeking knowledge Alhamdullilah. I was given the opportunity to meet many people who were nice and this experience makes me want to go to Hajj every year. May Allah allow us to keep going back to his house consistently and may he accept our Hajj. I would definitely recommend United Worldwide Travel to everyone I know

Went to hajj with theyre package and definitely made a terrible mistake. Firstly they gave us our visas and tickets a day before we were supposed to be leaving, therefore giving us stress of whether we were going to be going on hajj or not. Secondly, they promised us a 4 star hotel in medina, however it seemed like a 2 star, where they stuck 3 beds in one room where there was no space. Then in makkah they also promised us a 4 star hotel, however it had no star. The hotel was also a 30 MINUTE walk to the haram, in which they said to us it would be a 5 minute walk. The staff that came with us from the company were rude and did not acknowledge us about a lot of things. RIDICULOUS COMPANY AND PEOPLE. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE.
