Great place, only had the table and chairs a day or so but seem really good quality. Very easy to assemble (the chairs came assembled and the table just in 3 bits with bolts and an allen key). Delivery was by a guy on a cool bike with a massive trailer, so points for keeping the carbon footprint down. The guy on the phone was really nice and helpful, they arranged for the delivery to come sooner (at my request) than the stated 4 weeks lead time. Recommend!
we bought two chairs and a record shelving unit a few months ago. We are really happy with the quality, the chairs are great in the kitchen and the record shelf seems to be holding a good amount of records. All top quality and looks great. Delivery was on time and as expected. Really happy with the service, super helpful when we went to the workshop as well. Give these guys some of your business
These guys are great! Not only because of their craftsmanship, which is beautiful, but their service. When our table was delivered just prior to Christmas and Lockdown 3, we found it didn't fit through our narrow hallway so it was returned to the factory. Undeterred UTL assured us that they would find a solution and in the meantime they lent us a table so we had something for Christmas. Our 'amended' table arrived today, their work around solution worked perfectly and the table is beautiful. The team at UTL went over and above what is considered good service, I can't recommend them highly enough!
Very pleased with the dining table and two dining benches. They even had the furniture made a week before it was supposed to be done and was very flexible in terms of pickup. Good quality and very reasonable in pricing. Have recommended the shop/workshop to friends already.
