The lady at the counter charged me for 2nd class signed for when I asked for normal 2nd class? On top of that they will always try and make more money by suggesting we get first class. Have been put of and will not use again.

They didn't have the faculty for check and send services for tfl tph application though they have plenty of space and time. It's a pity.
Miserable staff , today I visited fore street post office , as I stood to the side to sort my parcel Out , I just asked if I can borrow some scissors . The lady happily passed me them however they rude woman with the curly black ponytail in the middle said “ ssh be quiet we are counting” (there money ) , when I was not even talking to her .
Always got issues with staff being very verbose with application of rules in this branch and trying to up sell to more expensive postage when it isn’t required. Today I was told my package didn’t have ‘enough sellotape’ on it and they refused to accept it despite it being in an amazon cardboard box sealed from top to bottom. Bizarre.
Exellent customer service.
