The driver is incredibly rude. He looked at me in an disgruntled way since I was a bit late to come downstairs. And then he left without collecting my return packages, and shouted on the road, he could not even wait for 1min. And then I complained to ups, and he came back and picked my unlabelled packed he said he could take it without label, and the package ended up undelivered and missed. Such horrendously terrible experience with them, I cannot see a delivery service that could do worse than them. Well done, UPS! No one can beat your management and customer service!!

3 different versions of reality. 1) whatever rubbish is put on the tracking pages which changed daily contradicting the previous 2) whatever fiction the customer services phone calls provide 3) the actually truth of what is happening Poor service is one thing. But this company is clearly not communicating accurately internally. The end result is utter dishonesty to the customer. Terrible services
The worst delivery company. UPS menage to be worst than DHL, congratulations! I had to use UPS in three diferent ocasions, so the COVID-19 is NOT an excuse. The last one my parcel was \out for delivery\ all day long since 07h15 and at 18h00 changed for \Sorry we are not able to delivery for you\.
Parcel never arrives when using this company! 3 different occasions now absolutely ridiculous!
