I stayed at their Shard View property for two weeks whilst self-isolating and found it to be most comfortable. The staff was very friendly on the phone and even offered to store my luggage as I was arriving quite early. I found them to be quite pleasant and knowledgeable of the local area as well so this was a nice welcome to London. The apartment though was fantastic! Lift access to all floors, and though situated in an old library building the interior is modern and the windows are all double-glazed too which I found comforting now during this cold snap. The internet could have been a bit faster, but all in all I would highly recommend.

Excellent service and our employees really enjoy using the apartments. We've dealt primarily with Megi and Oyinda for property both in London and the the North, and Urban Stay always provide many suitable options in the right locations. The team are all knowledgeable, efficient, enthusiastic and most of all very friendly. Nothing is ever a problem to them. Would highly recommend them to anyone. I have also used them to find me accommodation in London. I have never been disappointed. The apartments they provide are always of very high quality and are always in a great location.
Management team is a SCAM! They have rented myself an apartment they were not allowed actually to rent! Also they took the money for the security deposit and never returned it to me!
An absolute joy to deal with, cannot recommend enough. Slick service with a smile!
