Absolutely disgraceful service. Utility Warehouse happily charged my 82 year old mother in law who lives in a 2 bed flat on her own over 800 for 1 months dual fuel usage. That was December and the payment taken just after Christmas. At no point did they make a courteous phone call or write a letter to explain why this was or to offer advice with ways to cut down her energy use or help with a payment plan. When I called to complain, the default answer was \everybody uses fuel differently\. Hardly any apology. They also expected her to send in monthly readings which is something she cannot easily do. When we added up her yearly usage, it totals over 2500. Surely for somebody of her age her account should have been flagged for over usage and perhaps placed on a cheaper tariff. A quick Google search has already found cheaper energy suppliers and we have switched straight away. Do not use.

Don't Sign Up. Do no sign up with them, under any circumstances. I've been fighting with them for 6 months now to quit my account and I'm getting letters of final demands from them, and they are providing me No services. No matter what I say, they always reply with corporate junk saying \we look into it\ I feel like I'm being harrased by them above anything else. Do yourself a favour, don't sign up, no matter how good the deal looks. Companies only care for themselves and their profit, not you or their customers.
Very happy with them I have saved a lot of money on my bills and was even upgrading some of my services like in now have unlimited data on my mobile where as I used to get 5GB before and always worry I would go over my usage and pay extra in fact I did a few times. very good customer service it was easy to switch and now all my services are with UW and all working fine. I would recommend them to anyone
really disappointed with the energy department of utility warehouse. i Have been repeatedly calling the department on a daily basis. they have decided to overcharge me and exploit me continuously hanging up and putting me on hold. i consider this service to be abhorrent and i am considering taking on legal action. Just got off a call with Anita from the energy department really expressing my concern about me not wanting to get overcharged, Anita didn't take on board what i had to say and rudely hung up the phone call. i am in real distress by this company, and it is an unpleasant experience. i will be leaving more reviews as my battle with Utility warehouse continues. please comment on my facebook page \utility warehouse disputes
