Our pet sitter Eddie went above and beyond the level of service we expected, and genuinely enjoyed his time with our boys and that showed in how he cared for them. We didn't feel the need to check in with him at all, as he kept us informed daily on how they were doing. When we arrived back home we found it clean and tidy. This was a wonderful experience for my wife and I and we look forward to welcoming Eddie back in the future. This is our second live-in booking, each with a different sitter, and we are very pleased with the service received.

I absolutely love Very Important Pets! I have used their in-home cat sitting service many times, and I just couldn’t be happier with the warm, expert care the sitters provide for my two cats. Booking is very easy, and the sitters are extremely trustworthy and professional. One we booked has been with VIPs for a decade! They also go above and beyond to ensure that you know what’s going on with your pets when you’re away. For our pets, VIPs is a major improvement over even the best cat boarding facilities; the cats are much happier to stay in their home and to stick to their routine. I’m a first-time cat owner and often feel that the sitters we’ve had, Catherine and Tracy, know more about cat behavior and care than I do, which is actually great. I always come home to two happy, healthy, well-brushed cats who seem surprised that I’m back to harass them.

We left our two dogs with a sitter through VIP last weekend and could not recommend them more highly. We knew our dogs were in safe hands from the moment we met Stauroulla and they were extremely well taken care of. VIP were responsive and helpful throughout the process and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.
