Common issue here is not the products but the employees. All essentials sold, however the customer service is not to scratch. Spillage on the alcohol section with no pre cautions, definitely not safe.

Very poor customer service, called in to ask for my prescription, to buy some contact lenses. Spoke to a girl who had no idea what she was looking for on the system kept on asking someone else about it which I can hear from my end. Then I was suddenly cut off, so I called back and a man answered, explaining apparently they pressed on the wrong button, who I was told it was the manager. Asked him for the prescription but he said he can’t give it over the phone. As if I was asking him for his bank details. He told me to come in and take the prescription and I said I’m working all week and don’t have the time, he said there’s nothing he can do. Then after repeating myself constantly he said he can email it to me, and I said that’s great. EMAIL , well still waiting on that. Never got an email. I will not be going back there and will be taking the whole family with me. Very unprofessional.

I switched from another well known optitions to vision express, from the start is was a mess, appointments not booked properly, two pairs of glasses sent back within one month because the prescription were wrong and now awaiting for a manager to call me to discuss these issues. I will be asking for a refund.

They better clean those toilets more often before people be infested with who knows what diseases they hide. You charge for the carry bags but don.t provide facilities for people that buy your poor quality and high prices products.
