Despite challenging times (having to clean each frame after being tried on) every member of staff were friendly and helpful. Great eye test machines, clarity of information from optician was excellent too. Thank you.

Customer service slow on weds. Staff rude an unhelpful. No courtsey dont notice you waiting. Ignore you and again rude. Should of gone to specsavers for real!!!! Avoid!!!!

Booked an eye test for 9:50, due to traffic I was 4mins late. The customer service was appalling, the lady said come back in 10-15mins and we maybe able to see you (in a rude tone). I was understanding of this and simply requested if they can give me a quick call if I they can accommodate me. She rudely said “no, I can’t call you”. Worst customer service ever and I’m not saying this because she said no, it’s the way she said it. I returned just after 10mins. She saw me and instantly said “we can’t see you today, you need to make another appointment”. Entire morning wasted! How can they give someone my slot for only being 5mins late. I don’t wanna swear but ***** *****. Would avoid at all costs!

very bad glasses were prescribed for me and my daughter that we can not use them both , the quality of lenses are bad they give you a headache and I can not see out of them very poor frame aswell, customer service staff was rude and wasn't helpful , the staff member was calling my daughters head scarf a thing with a look of disgust on her face, the optician told me I would be able to collect them within store then this lady says no only can order for delivery and wasn't helpful at all, I will not use them again
