I have never reviewed a supermarket before but today I have to do it. I was looking for almonds croissants. The lady in the bakery was so nice and sweet and she prepared them for me. And the girl in the fisher counter cleaned the sea bream very very well. Excellent customer service !

Well stocked with a variety of products in a large space. Staff are more indifferent but that is more of a London phenomenon. Missing a star because there is not much of a hot food section even though there is space and demand for it (every time I got there, no oven baked chicken available). There is a huge selection of alcoholic drinks which I believe is a bit too much in comparison to their fresh produce. Apart from those remarks everything is alright.

Newspaper stand @ checkouts opposite aisle 1, magazines in aisle 7, extensive alcohol selection in back two aisles alongside the bakery.. Outside: ATM, bike rack, dog stop and parking in basement Inside: coffee machine, wifi, cafe style seating at front window for eating in-store purchases like the sushi, wine & coffee bar at back of store right by the gin :) Clean, well staffed, good selection of products. Often low or sold out of stock on Mondays following a busy weekend. Staff do not appear focussed on customer interaction but are always helpful when approached. I have seen them look after customers who need a bit of extra attention really well. I've never seen any negative behaviour from staff. Offers many wholefoods items at lower prices. I wish they would offer paper bags too, even reusable plastic bags are not great.. but I don't always have a bag with me :(
