Although I have used Ward Aerials for business over many years I recently used them to replace a TV aerial in St. Albans and they were, as always, brilliant. Professional, punctual, courteous and great value. I didn't think Ward Aerials covered my area so I had asked Aerialforce to attend two weeks previously but they arrived 7 hours late and then attempted to rip me off by insisting on a charge of 220 plus VAT. Ward Aerials did the job in 40 minutes and charged 99.97

Completely agree with the last reviewer - a fantastic and professional service In this case we have a communal system, which the Sky engineer failed to diagnose correctly, but it took Ward Aerials just 5 minutes to get to the issue and half an hour to resolve on all 5 floors. Many thanks to Ward engineer Glen Townsend for doing a superb job including setting up my Sky box at the end.

Fantastice professional and courteous service especially as they came out at short notice just before Christmas and at this difficult time because of Covid 19. Covid aware while here and left the house spotless despite having to drill holes in our walls for the cables. Very reasonable. Would stongly recommend them!
