We had an iron fire surround removed, blasted, polished and reinstalled with a decorative gas fire and new granite hearth. Ted and his team were great. Responses to communications were dealt with promptly. Their installer, Stuart, was a lovely chap. Never asked for any payment until the job was completely finished.

Bought two fireplaces for a victorian terrace living room and absolutely delighted. The guys in the shop are great to deal with and helped with my absolute naivety in buying a fireplace without ever being pushy or salesy. In addition, Stuart - the fitter - has done an absolutely brilliant job. Can't thank everyone enough - I'm amazed at the difference its made to the room. I can only hope the rest of the decorating is such a positive experience!

We used Ward Antique Fireplaces to supply and install a new fireplace within the bedroom of our Victorian terraced house in Twickenham. Ted / Luis and team are simply fantastic. Their passion and knowledge for period fireplaces is apparent as soon as you speak to them. The fireplace looks brilliant and they managed to squeeze the fitting in before Christmas. We are already planning for them to fit a fireplace within the living room!

Wards Antique Fireplaces was a real gem of a find, and Ted and team are fantastic and full of character! The showroom is jam packed with the most deliciously restored fireplaces in every shape, size and colour - they even have a treasure trove of 'bits' - so if you have a fireplace but it has one or two pieces missing, the chances are Ted and team will have what you need. The team ooze knowledge and passion about what they do and you really feel this when you see their workshops and floor-to-ceiling rooms full of fireplaces waiting to be restored. They guided me thru how big of a hole I needed to bash in my wall to open up my fireplace; Ted helped me choose an appropriate fireplace, and then they delivered and fitted it - all very professional and it looks absolutely amazing - I cant wait for the rest of the bedroom to be decorated so I can light it. Would highly recommend!
