Contacted them in Feb for my son, was told I would have to wait until May term. Their website advertises classes every 30 minutes and different days but they offered me one time slot for only one sat class. I applied within 10 minutes of receiving their email and was told the class was full. Absolutely hopeless. Will just take him to the local pool myself and save myself 200 pounds.

We started with water babies when my son was 3 months old, my son is now 13 months and we are so pleased with his progress. He's very comfortable in the water and happy with the water babies staff

Money driven business concept ' I was honestly very disappointed with the way Alex's second course went with Water Babies. I was extremely busy when the automatic renewal has taken place and realized when receiving the exact dates afterwards that out of 10 lessons my son could take only 4 due to conflicting vacation days. We were away on other days than the Water Babies term vacation was organized. When I've discovered this, we've tried to find a solution by postponing our course to the next term when we could participate in at least half of the scheduled and paid classes, but absolutely no option to do this was given by Water Babies. I am very disappointed that a wonderful concept and great course (Louise, our swimming teacher is an absolute diamond and was so great with Alex) went off the track focusing on solely taking our money and not paying attention to the service that's actually given, nor the personal development of our child. We left feeling very let down.
