The worst customer service I’ve ever come across! The guy sounded like from European somewhere in the shop was very rude and arrogant. Poor customer service manners! We were spending almost 10k for their wooden floor when we bought our second home a few years back. We’re thinking to do another one and I wanted to see if any new ranges in the shop. I came to the shop and walked in to the empty shop no one came out to greet for 15 mins. I had to stand there listening to the guy chatting away on a phone not even tried to acknowledge my presence there. Then he came out while still talking on the phone just to say sorry I can’t talk right now I had an important call at the moment and my colleague was on a break. The time was 2.30pm! I heard him quite clearly on the phone the whole time. The only thing he said was only yes and no with flat voice without any proper conversation for 15 mins! He then asked me while walking back to the room if I wanted a consultation or something but also keep chatting on the phone. When I was about to reply he just disappeared back to the room and shut the door behind him. This shop seriously needs to train their staff manners as this guy didn’t seem to have one!
