As a mental health facility in these times I understand how overwhelming it can be to meet everyone’s needs. To not respond at all, not even a courtesy message, is completely unprofessional and unacceptable to me. People in crisis come to you for help and being ignored can make a situation worse. I messaged you a few months ago with the hopes of getting some help while the world was chaotic and in shambles. It has been months now and still not one response. I no longer have an interest in participating in whatever activities and/or sessions you have. I only hope that someone else can have a more positive experience than I did.
