Price for installation increased 50% in 2 years, and when I expressed dissatisfaction with the increases, they skipped their scheduled appointment. They didn't inform me they were no longer coming, and then upon inquiry, simply dropped me as a client. Then, despite repeated requests, they simply refused to return my lights, essentially expropriating my property. A complete and utter absence of professionalism on the part of the owner.

Amazing customer service. Very knowledgable and professional staff. Put my lights up and took them down very carefully and efficiently making sure not to damage my property. I was througly impressed and will continue to use their services for as long as I can. Keep up the good work!

Update : Year Two November 2018 with the boys coming to do my tree. Love these go getters who get SH T Done. Sorry about the language:-) Worth every penny and love the dedication. Here’s the boys at work with a 50 ft Boom to get the top of my tree. It’s a little late but better late than never. So here the real deal on this company. A couple of young go getters who back up their work. These two fine gentlemen are a great example of the future titans of industry. Reasonable pricing and quick service. They even came back to fix a strand of lights. So if you need two guys who give their creative time and energy these are your team do all installations of any type of lighting.
