Alright, where should I start. First of all a huge thank you to Neeraj and Mohamad and the whole team of WeFlex. Coming from not very popular renting company in London, I'm not gonna talk about it, but overall the worst experience in my life renting Hyundai Kona from that company. When I saw that Weflex have the car that I wanted in the first place I said to myself, I'm that's it I need to try. I contacted with weflex and from the very first conversation I knew that's gonna be a better experience, but I didn't have idea that will be one of the best decisions that I've made. Those two persons in the office where so helpful and professional that I was thinking, there must be something wrong here. But no.....literally I've got brand new Kia E-Niro in rent to buy plan for a week. No hustle at all. Documents, service and the rest was on top level. Once again thank you Neeraj and Mohamad you are absolute stars boys. Let's hope that will be the beginning of a long business relationship.

We flex your wallet We flex are Txxxxxx. Paid deposit for HN16GUH. This electric car has a faulty battery. Had it for a week then reported it before the week was over. No communication for a week. Informed them that since the car was faulty and a week had elapsed with me having no car, I would return the car and would like my deposit back. I returned the car cleaner than I had got it. Waited for 4 weeks to get my deposit back and well. I got a parking ticket for 50 pounds. This was going to be taken out of my deposit. I was to get 200 after this. The ticket was issued outside the We Flex Txxxxx office before I got the car. I was therefore not liable. I was to get my 250 deposit back. We flex, FLEX again and charge me for a week for having an electric car that does not hold charge. Tried to email all different departments of the same company and nobody has bothered to get back to me.
