The whole Glories of China tour was perfect, great sites to visit, smooth and quick transfers, good hotels and restaurants, friendly and helpful guides (esp Helen Liao) but best of all it was great fun. It was faultless - best tour we have ever had!!

We have been amazed at the high standard of care, professionalism and outstanding knowledge of our tour guide Vuttha Dan. We could not have asked for a better person to guide us. He considered every detail of our needs including giving us the forecast for the following day so we would know what clothes to wear. His humble and helpful personality was so impressive. We had no doubt that all our needs would be catered for. His knowledge of history was incredible and he brought a wonderfully entertaining sense of humour to our tour. I highly recommend him.

We were due to fly to Japan on 1 April for its Jewels of Japan tour which is obviously not now happening. They have refused to give us a cash refund which is in contravention of the Package Holiday Regulations 2018. Their customer service isn't just diabolical it's non existent. I have been asking questions via email since February and have received absolutely no answers to any of them. I've rung to speak to a senior person but the call operator won't or can't put you through to anyone able to deal effectively with me. I've asked for a copy of their complaints procedure but none has been forthcoming. I have threatened them with legal action and it's no surprise to find that they're ignoring that too. And yet apparently clients flying to China have been given full cash refunds if asked for.

I went on the Yunnan adventure tour, 16 days in Yunnan province. Tour guides were excellent, they handled everything with great patience and competence, and some members of the group were 'difficult' to be polite. Food was abundant and very delicious. The only suggestion I would make would be to reduce the number of places on the itinerary, so that we could spend more time on the adventure and less time on the coach.

From the moment I booked with this company in November 2019 I had nothing but issues. Documents failed to arrive. When I threatened to cancel they sent the documents but failed to answer any questions re COVID19. In March I was called to make the final payment when I questioned whether this trip was going ahead. they sent me a notice saying I had cancelled. No refund and out of pocket.
