I was unable to understand the answerphone message with so many extensions . Perhaps this could be checked. Would be great for everyone to simply the message or even put those extension on google - will help us all

During the actual inquest at the Coroners court we were very impressed by the professional manner you conducted the hearing, your attention to detail and consideration was remarkable and shows how much you care about the families and the circumstances of how their loved ones died. Yes sometimes it took a while to answer but once I got through I always found everyone very helpful and everything I requested was dealt with immediately

The staff were brilliant in helping us expedite the issuing of the death certificate. Thank you so much. I'm not sure why so many 1 stars but in our case Ealing Hospital were wrongly blaming the Coroner for the delay. Keep up the good work.
