Stay away from this garage, they’re scam, unprofessional and try to trick you at every chance. I’ve dealt with them three times and it was a nightmare on the three occasions. Will not leave it there this time, will contact Mitsubishi and if they refuse to refund, will be contacting trading standards and taking a legal action. And one thing for sure.. will not be buying a Mitsubishi again... ever

One of the worse service ever. I bought my Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV 4 years ago. 3 months after the purchase, the car started to break down every one or 2 months. I sent the car back to fix for at least 7 times, called the breakdown rescue more than 10 times and jump started myself more than 10 times. Every time the dealer either said they fixed it or fabricated some non-existing reasons why it happened, like I left the interior lights on overnight or the car needs to be started every single day in order for it to run smoothly etc. Eventually I told the guy (specificly Bez Bala) from the dealer I know how to recreate the problem. If I turn on the hazard light for 10 minutes, then the car can not be started. Astonishingly, he told me this is the nature of the car, hazard light can not be on for more than 10 minutes. They would not answer anything in writing in order not to leave evidence. Avoid this dealer at all cost!!!
