Very professional and experienced sleep experts! If you are after a bed, this is probably not a place to go, but if you are truly after a great night sleep this is the only place for you! Thank you Guy for the professional advice and great offer! Update: Unfortunately, they are not so good when it comes to sticking to the agreed delivery date.

Anyone thinking of buying a Vispring, Harrison Spinks (John Lewis, Somnus etc.), Savoir or Hastens bed, should check out Treca, Hypnos and Marshall & Stewart at Westend. My wife and I had had a bad experience with two defective Vispring beds and we must have looked at every bed on the market before finding Neilan and Brent at Westend, who couldn’t have been more helpful. We went for a Marshall & Stewart because we’ve never laid on anything more comfortable. I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say that it feels like floating!

I had the best EVER service here - Brent couldn't have been more helpful. I purchased a mattress which had a 3 week lead time and he was so helpful in getting a mattress to me before that. The price I paid for the mattress was really in line with that of the big chains, e.g. Bensons - I always thought this shop was expensive, but it not sure where I got that impression from. Good Quality mattresses/beds, great service and after sales care - and a family business - I couldn't recommend this shop enough... Thank You!
