Beyond London

Whatever you do please do not waste time and money at this sham of a college. The support staff are lazy, disorganised and incompetent. The heads of department rarely respond to emails and are not abreast of what is going. The teachers couldn’t care less. It took over a year before we received our certificates during which time several members of staff quit and barely anyone responded to emails, messages or knew the status of our certificates. It wasn’t until we threatened legal action that we received a swifter response. I had to threaten legal action twice to receive a refund for one course (over 1000) and for the other course where my certificate still hadn’t materialised almost a year later. Absolute disgrace. This place should be reported to the council and various examining bodies but I can’t be bothered to put myself through additional stress.

The Westminster council does an outstanding job to educate adults and give them hope and opportunities but what ruins this great idea rude, unprofessional and incompetent staff of the college

Terrible set up for trying to enrol this year. Terrible guy they have on the phones who keeps giving me different information. No one answering the tweets, no one answering the emails. Do you guys actually want students this autumn???
