Having never really used loose leaf tea before I was not sure where to even start when walking into the shop..... Well that all changed when George approached me. He was so helpful and friendly, really made the journey into loose leaf tea pleasant and exciting. I left with a few new teas to try, and I love all of them (Chelsea Breakfast, 1886, Blueberry Rooibos) as well as some of their hot chocolate. All in all a great experience. Thank you George!

The small chocolate gift spoons are worth looking at as well as the large selection of teas and coffee, not forgetting the large mugs for when you don't feel like refilling your mug too often! They do have some nice offers around the festive season and that's when I tend to come here. Excellent customer service too.

It's okay. Some staff are lovely here and others are rude. It's hit and miss. The hazelnut coffee is good but everything else is cheaper online elsewhere.

A small shop for all your teas and coffee needs. A good selection on offer along with other items as gifts. Have gotten some coffee and tea stuff from here before and generally a good shopping experience from here.
