LJ has been my PT since 2017. She has taught me so much about living a healthy life style, not just being fit through exercising but also learning the importance of rest . She understood quickly the level I was at and where I wanted to get to, and she was realistic about that. Technically she is very knowledgeable, so there’s no cheating, which has made me fitter than ever before! If you aren’t using a tiny muscle that she wants you to or over training other muscle groups, then she knows about it. LJ will adjust and explain simply 'the why' behind it. Great PTs are so hard to come by, and I am thankful that our paths crossed.

I have just finished my first 12 sessions with Wildcat fitness and I can’t wait to book in for the next 12. LJ has managed to tailor sessions that provide results quickly! Within the first 3 sessions I already felt much better and my recovery time after the sessions were notably shorter. She has an incredible about of knowledge about fitness and really gets to grips to what you (as a client) want to achieve. I would highly recommend Wildcat fitness to people of any fitness level!
I have been training with LJ for one year now and she is fantastic! Every session is different and she really takes in account, which exercises you like and does not make you do things you absolutely hate. The results are incredible: A year ago I loved to avoid all physical exercise but she turned me into someone who really loves working out. This is not only because of the nicely planned sessions but also because they are always great fun and her bright and friendly personality make a lot easier. She also understands if you are not in the best mood or you have to cancel a session. I really recommend working out with LJ to everyone who tries to find a good personal trainer.
LJ's positive attitude and reassurance on our first meeting certainly eradicated any scepticism I had about working with a personal trainer! I moved to Shepherd's Bush a couple of months ago and was looking for a personal trainer to get me in shape for the summer. LJ developed a specific upper body weights based plan for me-there is loads of variety and it's really kept me motivated. What has also helped is the nutrition plan she developed. I didn't realise what a huge role it played. LJ is great to train with-friendly, encouraging...and she really pushes you to motivate yourself and take it to the next level. If you're after a personal trainer in West London, I'd highly recommend her.
