Hello everyone, I really appreciate how Doctors and team looking after my Dad, I registered my Dad with them about a year now. To be honest my self been in other GP practice places, but this one found it really special. I’ve see them really looking after every individual so good. Not only my dad. I know they are busy but always their service from Doctors to everyone of the team is really outstanding. This is I have seen it with my eyes and I was treated fairly. They really call you on the time they tell you. They do regular checks with well managed records really. Ladies and Gents, you’re really amazing keep it up please. Thank you so much from Messaad family. God blesses you all Stay safe for now.

Just joined as I just moved. Haven't actually been into the surgery yet due to covid but have had my first phone consultation with Dr Rula. What a lovely doctor, spent a long time on the phone going into detail and was extremely helpful. Most helpful doctor I've ever had.

I've been a patient since 2017. Had all my prenatal appointments with the lovely Dr. Najim. Then I had my baby and we also met Dr. Rula and Dr. Rana on different occasions. I can not describe how careful and attentive the entire Willesden Green Sugery team has been with us. We now live far away but for as long as possible, I choose to travel longer because I know I will have the best possible service with them.

I am a registered patient this supposedly is the best surgery in willesden, well if it is then this is a poverty certificate for willessen 1. they dont keep clean and up to date patient records 2. they gave me an invaccination so casually, they didnt even check if I required it, no did they update the files, they also didnt check my vaccination booklet I left with them for 2 months 3. they let me consume the highest dosage of antidepressoves for over a year without asking me to come for regular consultations 4. they didnt let me in the surgery to see a doctor after I cut myself inthe palm of my hand and treated myself with some improvised material. nor did I learn if I need a tetanus update. 5.they tell me they dont treat people without appointment even if they require help right now. instead they told a walking centre or the hospital is where j need to go. while the surgery is empty and I be stood here for 20 minutes before opening.
