Tom and Wilsair installed ducted air conditioning in my attic studio room flat; the quote was competitive against all other quotes and the work undertaken to a very high standard of finish. Tom overcame the challenges of the project - an enlarged attic hatch was required; a scaffolding tower needed; and the work to install the unit in the attic and eaves - were all things Tom dealt with without complaint. He was professional and trust-worthy, friendly and reliable - and I would recommend this firm possibly more highly than any other I have previously used.

Excellent company - good communication, prompt, thorough, friendly, trustworthy and tidy. I’d highly recommend this firm. We’ve used them for a year. They gave sound advice when we selected the air con’ units, great service when fitting the units, and have just shown us how efficient they are with servicing. Really impressive stuff.

Tom installed a new aircon unit for our loft bedroom in Brentford a few weeks ago, and we’re definitely getting the benefit of it now! Tom’s quote was great value (esp. for a Daikin A unit with wifi connectivity), turned up on time and completed the work to high quality standard. Despite having some setbacks with the COVID situation, some specifics around our site, and the fact that the new Daikin unit had a minor factory fault, Tom worked through all these until all were properly resolved. Very happy with our new cool air, thanks Tom.
Wilsair did a superb quality job installing a split air conditioner system in my flat. They were knowledgeable, clean and tidy with the installation and took the time to find the right product for my needs. With the increasing amount of the summer in high 20s and low 30s heat, the AC system has been in frequent use and has been an amazing purchase. Highly recommend this professional company.
