I recently took part in Level 1 in Spirits, as someone not in the industy I found a useful introduction to spirit production and to the varieties on offer. For those with prior knowledge it may be best to consider moving straight on to Level 2. The tastings offered were good quality and the teaching was engaging and interesting. I felt well prepared for an exam with opportunity to take part in a mock just before helping my nerves and my expectations of the questions. I would recommend this to a friend and look forward to attending Level 1 in Wines
