I placed an order at least 5-6 weeks before Christmas, 2 weeks went by and I still did not receive my order. So I called and was told that there was a delay with the supplier and shipment and that I should wait another 1-2 weeks (I thought there bottles were within their own stock department and not reliant on others). After 2 weeks I still did not receive a thing. So I called up again and was advised to give it another 2 weeks to which I did not accept as Christmas was round the corner. Not once did any member of staff send me an email to keep me updated. After asking for a refund to which they agreed it took around 7-8 weeks before I received my refund. I called between 1-3 time a week and was always told the same thing - you should receive the refund soon and we will make it a matter of urgency. Unfortunately this was not a matter of urgency at all. Throughout the process I was very polite and calm and never once lost my patience. I asked to of spoke to a manager/s more than once and was always told managers do not take called. So in turn I asked if a manager could call me.....nothing ! No manager/s ever called and I was not once ever in the loop. I finally received an email a few weeks later once I did receive my refund, too little too late. I stated that out of good will it may be a good idea to give me some sort of a voucher considering how patient and polite I was....fell on deaf ears. Guys if you want good customer service and to be kept in the loop avoid avoid avoid !

I've only used them once and probably won't bother again. I ordered 24 bottles of wins and only 12 arrived. I followed up with their customer service contact (Emma), who did a stellar job of figuring out that one case had been smashed en-route and a replacement shipment was organized. The replacement arrived today, very unprofessionally packed in plastic blankets and 2 bottles short. Emma offered me a refund on the last two bottles, as honestly...I have had enough. I can't say enough positive things about Emma....she was incredibly helpful...but overall the experience has been pretty ugly and I'm wishing I'd paid a little extra per bottle to buy this elsewhere.

Poor form... it turns out this business doesn’t pay back they’re suppliers and keeps the money fir themselves leaving lots of wine businesses unpaid! Do not buy from this company there are many better and more reliable online wine businesses out there!

Bought a bottle of Spanish wine on December 2020. Still no sign of my product and after calling several times the team members at Winebuyers promise they'll send me emails with my tracking number and link but nothing happens. It's been a month since I've paid for a bottle of wine and still nothing yet. Terrible e-commerce experience until now.

Not complaining about the fact that the Wine has still not arrived, more about the after sales service. I eventually got a mail apologizing saying they would investigate, then nothing for 2 days. Very Very poor after sales service and I would not recommend at all. Better off going to ALDI
