I would say one of the worst agency that I worked with. Exteremly unprofessional. They don't even call you back until you called them many times. I have seen a flat with them and I was the first one that seen the flat. I was there after 2 hours they post on rightmove. (This is what they said to me) I have seen flat 2 times and happy to pay deposit straight away. They told me that they will let me know after checking with lanlord. By the way his name was Lewis. He didn't even bother to call me that flat is gone because they have another offer accepted. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't suggest anyone this agency. Don't waste your time.
