They guided us through the whole process with kindness, professionalism and patience. They reassured us virtually daily at certain points in the proceedings, with outstanding communication and support. Nothing was too much trouble. Nick handled the majority of the queries and details once the sale had proceeded, without doubt, he smoothed out all the usual issues raised during the course of the sale. He kept everything on track liaising with all the relevant parties involved. Without his constant attention to detail, I'm sure it would have taken longer to get to through the whole worrying process.
