Rupert and his team run a very efficient and straightforward operation. Found a tenant quickly. Whole process on their side was great. Unforeseen issues at the end of the transaction were dealt with promptly and diplomatically.

Has not responded to report of water leak for days. Emergency maintenance team is impossible to get hold of and nobody returns your call or even acknowledges that the leak will be seen to. No out of hours contact numbers listed on their website either which is unbelievably bad. Same level of shoddy service for a similar leak years ago so this shoddy service has not changed. Avoid this shitshow of an agency - their property mgmt team is a dumpster fire.
Highly recommended. In my experience, Adrian and Rod at the West End branch are the 'go to' Agents and have been both sincere and knowledgeable in their dealings with me. Adrian recently took time out to compile a very useful asking price/sale price/sqft comparison which has been invaluable in my property search. The team go beyond the norm to ensure a fair and professional outcome for both vendor and purchaser. Recommended.
After experiencing many estate agents who exaggerated the qualities of flats, or sent me details of ones clearly not meeting the requirements I gave them, or who rang constantly despite my asking them not to, or {the list goes on} - Adrian Philpott restored my faith in the profession. He has always gone above and beyond to help me, as well as offering realistic and useful advice, always going out of his way to save me time and money. He is patient, and has always been ruthlessly honest - whether about the value of my property, or about those I'm looking at, seemingly preferring to not make a sale than for me to regret a decision. He's willing to spend time to ensure the work is done right, and is always quick to respond. I'd recommend him above (literally) any other estate agent.
