WLS really do go above and beyond with their service. We recently switched our intruder alarm monitoring and maintenance service over to WLS and the whole process was seamless and the customer service received was excellent. A particular mention to their Service Manager Matthew Barlow who has been so helpful from the very beginning. His level of service is always exceptional. He is a true asset to their company.

I recently switched to WLS after bad experiences with a previous supplier, and I am so happy with that decision. Firstly, WLS made the switch extremely easy, and were very proactive to make sure their new system worked well. Secondly, the ongoing service standards are extremely high. All the engineers are knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. It is also extremely easy to liaise with their head office. I cannot recommend them enough and if you are thinking of a new security and/or fire system, or replacing an existing provider then WLS should be considered.

WLS update my gate systems at home in London and are always prompt on a call out and although their most recent upgrade meant for many man hours due to bad weather and some unforeseen extra work, they stuck to their agreed costing. Their engineers are charming and extremely polite. I highly recommend them.
