If you can find another surgery, do it! Appalling service. Rude and racially orientated doctors. Equally rude and unhelpful reception. Disgusting.

It would really help if they put a sign over the door, and one in the reception too. This place seems to house several organisations (GPs etc) but there is only signage for a few of them, and only over the reception desks inside. I can only wonder which bureaucratic committee of incompetents thought signs weren't necessary. Guess they blew the budget on fancy lunches.

Awful, awful place. Went there at 7:45 this morning and there was no numbering system at all so it seems the last person to walk in is the first person to be seen if they stand at the desk, fortunately we managed to arrange ourselves into a queue slightly resembling the order we arrived. Got an appointment for 9am and told the GP that I had an operation 3 days ago and needed a prescription of ribbon to pack an open wound at a walk in centre because I had been terribly disappointed with the long waiting times to see the nurse previously, he assured me that the on site nurse could do it today and once I'd seen her, she'd schedule me in everyday for 2 weeks as advised by my surgeon. Headed back to reception to arrange the nurse and was told she was booked up for the next 20 days and my initial appointment had now ended so would need to rebook to get a prescription. After a quick talk with the guy on reception who I hope was very helpful, he assured me he'd get the pharmacy to call me to arrange a prescription this afternoon... No call yet, I wait in hope rather than expectation. I only go to the doctors when absolutely necessary and in the few occasions I've been over the last couple of years, I have been left more disappointed each time. If you are looking for a local GP, keep looking, this one is not fit for purpose.

**Denmark Road Surgery** Got told 3 different things by 3 different doctors about the same medication, half the time when I ring the surgery I get hung up on without speaking to a staff member or I get put on hold indefinitely. I missed a call 2 weeks ago from the surgery and when I called back there were no notes on my account so I have no idea what that call was about and probably never will. Appointments are usually on time though, and some of the doctors are very friendly and understanding. Others act like they can't wait to get you out of their room.

Went there for my blood test that I had booked prior, when I got there the receptionist told me the phlebotomist is off sick and don’t know when they are back. Not an apology or anything but instead said they text me which I double checked when I left to make sure it wasn’t my fault and I missed something but turns out I DID NOT HET A TEXT. All they said was ring back tomorrow but if you don’t know when she is back it’s doubtful it will be tomorrow.
