Exceptional service from Gus; helping me find the perfect practice amp. I’ve popped in to Wunjo Guitars a few times when I’ve been to Denmark Street and have always been met with friendly, helpful staff who are keen to answer any questions without applying sales pressure. On my most recent visit I was keen to find the perfect practice amp. I was able to try a variety of amps and time was taken to explain the technology in simple terms and what would best suit my needs. The amp that was best fit wasn’t in stock, but I was able to play the 100W version to get the feel. Gus then worked tirelessly to ensure I got my order (Fender GTX50) despite logistical challenges of a pandemic and Brexit. I couldn’t speak more highly of the service I’ve received. I won’t hesitate to shop with them again and recommend them to anyone who’ll listen.

Wunjo is great - super attentive and knowledgeable staff, price matching, relaxed about trying everything out, no hard sales pitch, and 3 year warranty which includes maintenance - can't fault them in any way really. We tried a few other shops on Denmark Street and the difference was stark. WunJO!

I've been visiting this shop over the years when I'm in London, the staff are always very helpful and friendly. I finally bought a guitar from them, once it had been shipped to me in Ireland I noticed a intermittent fault with one of the pickups I hadn't noticed in the shop. This is really where these guys excelled, once I contacted them they were amazing every step of the way of getting my guitar collected, assessed then repaired and finally returned to me. It's a real mark of a business in how they deal with you after the sale. A massive thanks to Jimmy and everyone I dealt with especially Gus who kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. I will be back :)
